Black Skimmers

Hi, my name is Fatima. I am a young wildlife ambassador, and I studied the Black Skimmer. I learned about its unusual beak and how it catches fish by flying close to the surface of the water. Black Skimmers are important because they are part of coastal food webs and depend on safe nesting grounds near the water.
