Menhaden

Hi, my name is Zeynep. I am a young wildlife ambassador, and I studied Atlantic Menhaden. I learned that even though they are small fish, they play a very important role in the ocean. Menhaden are important because they help filter the water and provide food for many birds, fish, and marine animals.
